Assistant State’s Attorney Thomas J. O’Brien Orders Removal of Defendant’s Legal Defense Fund – Civil Rights Violated

Jonathan Reich, a victim of court corruption at the Hartford Community Court, had his legal defense fund shut down by a corrupt prosecutor, Thomas J. O’Brien. Assistant State’s Attorney Thomas J. O’Brien did not like the defendant exercising his Civil Rights.

7/22/2014: Internal court documents purport to depict, in the prosecutor’s own handwriting, an agreement “to take down websites” (JRDEFENSEFUND.COM)

It appears that the Assistant State’s Attorney Thomas J. O’Brien was working with the attorney’s of Pullman & Comley to undermine the defense intentionally. Thomas J. O’Brien denies that any of this documented misconduct or civil rights violations took place.
